The are numerous articles, blogs and courses designed to demonstrate proper usage of social media.

But I find the most instructive lessons are those derived from social media failures… those instances where someone\’s use of Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter or G+ are so egregious that it\’s impossible to not walk away with a better understanding of how to use the social space.

In Episode #9 of The Joel Comm Show, I share one such experience I had as I detail an encounter with a person who I have named \”Bilbo Baggins\” (the name has been changed to protect the guilty, unrepentant party).
