Virtual Keyboard: Dead or Alive?

One of the more popular articles on this site has been my review, and the subsequent discussion, of the IBIZ Virtual Keyboard. I received a review unit of the VKB and was led to believe that it was an IBIZ unit. As it turns out, the unit was manufactured by Enterprise Capital in Israel. Each side claims that they have severed ties with the other and it has gotten ugly. It seems that litigation is now beginning to determine which party is in breach of contract.

Today, IBIZ announced that they have signed an worldwide exclusive agreement with Virtual Devices, Inc. to bring a different VKB to market. I am now officially suspicious of the company and their claims. Basically, they are starting over. And I wonder if the company will issue more shares in order to raise funds for this new product. While I stand by my review of the VKB unit as shipped to me, I am very skeptical that the company will be able to deliver as promised. Investor and buyer beware!
