Went to see Ringo Starr and his All-Starr Band last night at the Paramount. He\’s been doing these shows for more than a decade, selecting different musicians from well-known bands to tour with. They end up playing a selection of songs from The Beatles, Ringo\’s limited solo catalogue and classics from bands related to the other musicians. It\’s a brilliant idea for Ringo and ends up being a very entertaining evening of music.
The amount of seasoned talent on the stage was amazing. Gregg Rolie (from Santana and Journey), Todd Rundgren, Steve Lukather (Toto) and Richard Page (Mr. Mister) were among the musicians joining the ringed one on this tour. Here is a clip from my snapchat story to give you a brief taste of the show.
